Horrible travelling experience.

The bus was late and left me at the stop whilst I was taking my bags out of the boot . There was notification regarding the bus being late however waited in the car and when I was taking my bags out , the bus left me . I had to chase the bus for more than 60 Km where it stopped eventually. The driver still threatened me saying I am making my self smart about everything. I have receipts that show my times of purchasing at the garage while waiting .
