Horrible service received

I requested for a refund on the 5th of December and was advised i will get my refund in 7 working days, when 7 working days passed they advised it will show by the 14th. It is now the 3rd of January and still nothing no one helps me when i call in and theres no response on mail. PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING.
