Horrible service and over heating bus

This is the message I sent them and they have not responded. They don’t care for the customers. I emailed them and sent message on instagram. “What horrible service. Overheating bus and being moved between 4 busses like a sack of potatoes. I was suppose to arrive in Midrand at 4 and it is now 17:40 and I have not arrived. No explanation and no apology. I will never use this service again and I want a refund for my return ticket because there is no ways I am using this bus again. Ever!!”
