Horrible service

I booked a Bus to from Midrand big bird to Pietermaritzberg for my brother, the bus was supposed to leave at 08h05 the bus did not come at all, we called and the lady said we must wait for a 11am bus but also that one did not come, he left Big bird and 12 to get a taxi. When I call they keep dropping my call several times.
