Horrible service

I would like to share my horrible experience on the intercity xpress bus . I tool from Bloemfontein to East London on the 05 November 2020. The bus was supposed to leave on 04 November 2020 at 23:45 to start with it left 01:00 or later , no communication was given to me about the bus being late i am the one who kept having to go ask. The bus was at full capacity no social distancing and to top things off it was speeding the whole time and having with the rude driver who almost left a passager in Queenstown and also gave a lift to a outside passager . It was truely an unpleasant trip and will not be using the bus service anymore.
