HORRIBLE REFUND PROCESS

The Refund process is honestly so frustrating and I need my money back, I submitted a refund on the 24th of December and I was told it would take 7 days, after constant follows up on my side I was then told 7 - 15 due to the holidays. Today is day 15 and still no refund. I want my money back today. Why do we have to go through all of this just to get our monies back bandla. The follow ups are one sided. replies are vague, I NEED MY MONEY TODAY!
