Horrible experience

I would never recommend this bus line for travelling. I have a friend who booked from Harrismith to OR Tambo, the bust was scheduled to depart at 12:45. We waited hours until it arrived. All other busses that came had horrible drivers who didn't care about clients, not being informative. We asked every driver that arrived and they did not show any interest on comforting or assuri g that the correct bus was still on the way. No communication about the bus being late. They made the client feel like it's a favour to ride the bus.
