Horrible customer service

This bus service, is disgusting and don't value their customers, I booked a bus from benoni to pmb, but to my surprise, I received a sms only at 13:30pm that the bus was running late, but didn't come, I called many times with no answer to cancel my booking, but their numbers or email address doesn't work, bus didn't come, no message nothing and can't even get hold of them, I think this service is ridiculous, because as women you put us at risk waiting for a bus that never comes
