Horrible bus drivers that take money from passengers

Booked a bus with eagle liner to leave Matatiele at 15:30 we got an sms an hour later saying we would be leaving with intercity xpress that arrived at 18:45.. The bus driver there called me aside and asked me what's in my 10L bucket I told him meat he said I should pay R100 for it asked him why he said he doesn't travel with meat.. Told him I don't have R100 he said what must he do then I said I only have R50 he took it.. Went to the kiost when I arrived at park station the lady gave me a pamphlet so I can complain and find out so I texted on WhatsApp and the person I was chatting to was so rude and said I don't use common sense.
