Heartless and poor service from intercity express

My brother booked a bus which was suppose to depart @18:20 in Grahamstown on the 30/09/2023 and arrive in Cape Town on the 01/10/2023 around 09:00 in the morning,but it never arrived. They sent an sms stating there are delays and my brother had to wait until 22h00 to learn that the bus took a different route and was advised that there will be one that will depart @05h00 the next morning which never arrived. Intercity express did not care about the safety of the passengers as they were stranded and had to sleep in the streets of a foreign city. There was no communication after all this, tried to call them with no success. I hope whoever is the owner get whats coming to them.
