Heartbreaking and Unacceptable Service for Simple Time Change Request

I am writing this review to express my deep, deep disappointment with the service I’ve received regarding a simple request to change the time on my bus tickets. I have done everything that was required of me, including paying the 20% fee they asked for, providing the Proof of Payment, and even sending the proof through WhatsApp as instructed. Despite all of this, I have not received any confirmation, nor has my ticket time been changed.

For two days, I have been trying to reach out and resolve this issue, but all I received was a WhatsApp message stating, “Unfortunately, we are currently offline.” This is beyond frustrating and disheartening, especially as my bus is scheduled for tomorrow morning, and I have yet to receive any help or communication from their side.

I expected a simple time change to be handled promptly, but instead, I've been met with silence and delay after doing everything right. I feel utterly disappointed and heartbroken by how this has been handled. I trusted them with my payment and my time, and this is the result.
