Health hazardous n poor time keeping

0n the 17th of February 2020 I boarded a INTERCITY bus from Durban to OR Tambo,the bus was scheduled to depart at 08h45,it only departed at 09h00. The toilets were smelling n dirty, we had to move n occupy the available seats at the back. Even the bus in general it didn't look like it's been cleaned.
