Great service putting people first!

My kids had a bus trip scheduled for 08:45 this morning from Durban station to OR Tambo, and they were running few minutes late. I got a call from someone from Intercity Xpress, they wanted to find out how far we were, they were as patient as can be considering we were late, and they showed understanding. I commend their Durban staff who in doing their job put us as people first, and understood that life sometimes happens.
