Great Experience

I recently used Intercity to travel from Pretoria to Durban and back, It was my first exprience with them, and I would be lying if I say it was nothing like before, I have used other bus services before but the expreince Intercity gave me was exceptional. When I got to the station the friendly lady assisted me with printing my ticket, I almost missed my bus if it wasn't for her. Then got in the bus, the seats where comfortable, oh my God the Driver was so so nice and friendly. He made sure everything was well, he communicated to us well, he made sure no one was left behind, and did introspections. The toilet was working, it was the first time I got in a bus and the toilets actually work, I won't mention a certain Busline that it's toilets are always unvacant. For the price this experience certain exceed my expectation. I was so lucky enough to get on to the same bus on my way back to Pretoria, Intercity Express is now my go to bus line, But please keep the driver that drives 934, he definitely loves his job, and always makes us feel safe on the road.
