You don’t even deserve a single star!!! You gamble with our lives. Increase prices yet you can’t even do the minimal to service your buses. We almost lost our lives because of a tyre burst and no…..it wasn’t random. All the way since Amanzimtoti the tyre was making a hell of a noise to show that it needed attention. You take our lives for granted, you don’t care about your workers and customers. I had to hitch hike another bus whilst i had paid a ridiculous amount of R700 for an unserviced bus just so i make it to work in time. I left the other passengers there stuck. I don’t care but i want my refund because clearly your bus couldn’t get me to my destination!!!!!! We work hard for this money to be ****** off like this
