Frustrated & Disappointed

I'm Highly disappointed with Intercity bus express, Not only is it frustrating to find fully booked transport holiday time but Intercity was available I booked for the 2nd of January at 12:45pm but they called to cancel and reschedule my time to 21:00pm I didn't have a problem until quarter way from Johannesburg to Durban the bus couldn't move and we were stuck in the boondoos for 5 hours for the next bus no care in the world we could have been ****** and Lord knows what more could have happened they weren't even picking up they calls they are pathetic and worse transport to ever take.
