First time experience with intercity express

Customer service sucks,they canceled the bus and there was no communication at all .. me and others who were waiting for almost 2 hours had to call and ask them, how far is the bus only to be told the bus for our route was canceled. The audacity of the call center lady🤨she **** and said they sent emails but none of us had email or the sms she was referring to!! Would never recommend it to anyone!! Mind you it would have been my first time using it, only to be met with such disgusting service!!!
