bus arrived an hour late in Midrand then we stopped at a random petrol station in braamfontein for about 45 minutes and spent a further hour at Park station. no explanations provided at any point, even when you ask.

was then transferred to a very uncomfortable Eagle liner bus at park station even though I specifically booked and paid for the Intercity bus, which is supposed to be a luxury version. horrible horrible experience. extremely unprofessional with no regard for the paying customer... no!
