Extremely bad service

Intercity Xpress to Shepston. Where do I even begin, I have never experienced such disrespect from any company, the way we were treated was pure evilness as there was no consideration for another human being, I mean you pay R640 for a bus and you expect the service to match what you pay for. I have no idea why would anyone treat another human being in such a horrible manner. I urge any one that uses the bus to not book or travel with the bus as they don't care for paying customers, to a person that owns a bus please consider taking your business that side as this is the only bus going that side.
