Expied Permit

This comes as a the most disappointed I have ever been regarding bus service. Me and my family were traveling down to Durban on a family trip this past weekend, and in trying to find convent transportation we used a bus that travel from jhb and straight to owe destination , this was great, atlest one transport then hopping from bus to bus with luggage and two kids. We used Intercity Xpress this was a door to door stop for us. Firstly the bus got delayed with about 30 minutes on depart day on the 1th of November ,That was ok as it wasn't such a bad waited what alarmed me was the return to Jhb .The bus departed from Amanzimtoti at 9:00am on time hoping to reach owe destination at 17:40 but unfortunately we arrived at park station at 21:30pm mind u at that time we struggled to get transport to go back home as we thought if we had got there on time we could have got transport to go back home. To my disgrace the bus was stop in harrismith by traffic offices due an expired permit for more the a year .The permit had expired last year June , to top it all the bus was not road warty.How do this people cooperate, with such a large number on board how can you travel such a large distance with no permit. We were then escorted back to the harismith licence department were the bus got impounded. We had to wait for three hole hours until an alternative bus was sent by that time kids were irritable and hungry by now. My biggest question is why do this bus cooperated with such behavior what would have happened if we had an accident with a bus with no permit. The bus driver the took off with no commination with us all we head was that they was a fine of R11 500 that was needed and in cash no eft or transfers how?? We called the customer care they ended up ignoring owr calls and whatsapp .I'm deeply disappointed in this bus service and I expected my refund ,when they were dropping off people they didn't even care on how you got home. image people where still travelling to PTA. Intercity Xpress this is by far poor customer service I have ever experienced.
