****ED/STRESSED!

On the 3 April i was on the bus from East London to Joburg, i had forgotten my bag on the bus. I have sent numerous emails to Intercity Xpress and i have made numerous calls but with no help. I am so stressed because there are important documents in that bag and i have mentioned this to them BUT still no help
