Ealgeliner bus service needs to shape up

I bought bus tickets on the 28 December 2024 for a trip that was meant to take place on the 6th January from eMondlo(Kzn) to Johannesburg. When we arrived at the bus stop we were told that we will not be boarding the bus until Eaglerliner management meets with taxi association in the area. We had to look for alternative transport as I had meetings the following day in Johannesburg. I have been trying to get my refund from bus service to date nothing had been done.
