EagleLiner "The Horror Bus"

I booked the Eagle Liner Bus from Matatiel to JHB for the 11th of July 2020, the bus didnt arrive, i was left stranded at the bus station with no communication. Now i am struggling to get my refund back, i submitted my refund request on 13th of July 2020 and till today i have not received my money back. Everytime i call (using my own airtime) i get promised that the money will be paid before the end of the week. I am really so fed up with this company, how they can make me suffer like this for their own fault? Whats wrong with this company and its people? PLZ REFUND MY ****** MONEY BACK!!
