Drivers are not friendly there is integrity on them no empathy

I am so disappointed on this bus when you far away you see professionalism on their drivers but when you on it you get different treatment toilet bus not working yet they will stop on a garage that has one toilet pay to use they are not friendly at all to commuters they don't consider commuters healt if he want to open the air-conditioning system they put it on a very high mode also with their heater I am so disappointed I wouldn't even refere anyone from my family to use this bus again
