Don't ever use Intercity express

Don't ever book with this bus service, This morning in the rain we waited for over an hour and a half for a bus that was supposed to be there at 08;05 that finally arrived at 09;45 Every time we called "Customer care" the phone was not answered. I don't know what people think customer care is with this company but clearly they don't give a two hoots
