Do Not Use Intercity, reviews are so bad and refuse to refund tickets.

Bought a ticket on the 4th of September 2023 from Cpt to Dbn to travel on the 14th of Sept, canceled the ticket on 11/09, and received the confirmation of the cancellation on the 11th of September. Up until today, I have not received my refund. I have called several times and have been chatting to someone on the bus's WhatsApp number but still no help. Has anyone ever received a refund from this bus?
