DO NOT EVER,I SAID EVER USE INTERCITY EXPRESS BUS

Guys let me warn you about this Company,they are not reliable,they are unprofessional,I didn't notice it,but now I am waiting for call since 9 am from the supervisor,they cancel my brothers trip we booked yesterday for today to tomorrow ,showing no time for tomorrow,they said it's because they don't have enough passengers for today already yesterday just after we booked online and receive our tickets,my brothers have to go back to northern-cape .....in the mean while when they answer the call they give you a whatsapp nr to chat with customer service that doesn't resolve your issue and leave you hanging just taking all your details,and send an email afterwards to that indicate you should call the landline which you already did from the beginning,and then you call,than then resend your canceled ticket again to you that they postponed without any given time on it.They start drop your calls when you reach out ,send your call directly to voice mail or revert it back to that automotive voice the whole day.You email they ask your details repeatly ,and doesn't get back to you.This just tell you they service is extremely bad,becareful cause now my brothers might lose they job and they refund will probably take forever too,please be advise not to use this bus ever,if you do you'll experience what I do or worse.I can just forsee they are also not on time too,very unprofessional, I hope the owner see this.If you never had bad experience with them ,you're just lucky your day is around the corner.
