Do not ever book your ticket at Intercity/ Eagle Liner Lenasia South Dep!

Worst experience over and over at Lenasia south Intercity Depo. Everytime you book a bus there you are told as per the ticket to arrive at 05:00 and that the bus will leave at 05:30 but there is not a single day that the bus left on time! they end up leaving almost 2 hours later leaving passengers frustrated! No one seems to care and expect individuals who paid their money wait for so long which is unacceptable. They are not doing at a favour the depo at lenasia south is a picking up point and people pay for their tickets. Terrible service from Intericity and I am still awaiting someone to contact me to change their departure times and have ones that make sense.
