Dissapointed client

Altough the price and distance they travel is convenient, the fact that the toilets are not working makes it a very bad experience. The whole bus smells also because of the toilet not working. They expect you not to use the toilet but if you have to go you have to go. This is not the first time that this was my experience, that's the reason for my review.
