Dissapointed

I cancelled my tickets and requested a refund on the 10/12/22. Its been over 2 months now and i still have not received my refund yet. I have called and sent WhatsApp messages, but still nothing. According to Intercity refund policy, it should be refunded within 15 working days. They are always coming up with excuses. The refund is for 3 tickets. I am very disappointed with their service. Please can you help me with getting my refund
