Disorganized

My departure was at 10pm form Durban, when i got to the station the bus was already there which was great. However, the bus was full and i was advised that i will be getting on the next one that's on the way. It took about 10-15 minutes for the next bus to arrive while i waited outside the bus offices in the cold. When i was comfortable on the way, the bus stopped in PMB and myself and a few others where told to exit the bus with our luggage and get into another. At the time it was after 23:00 and it was extremely cold and windy, not to mention that it was unsafe as the PMB pick up point is on the road side.
