Dishonest Intercity Xpress

This is an absolute Dishonest and unprofessional company. Do not use them - they do not honour their own terms and conditions. I am now for 3 months to receive from refund. Just empty promises - every week they tell me that they are processing my refund - it's now been 3 months!
