DISGUSTING SERVICE

On the 28th December, my son took the bus back to PMB. There were so many people waiting to catch the bus. When we got there at 8.45 we were told the bus was running late and there would be 2 buses. The bus that was supposed to leave at 9.15 only left at 10.30. The remaining people waiting for the 2nd bus was told the bus was on its way. We went past the bus station again at about 11.45 and the poor people were still waiting for the 2nd bus. The first bus which my son was on, was stopped in a road block for about 2 hours and they only arrived in PMB at about 6.15pm - NOT ACCEPTABLE. Myself or my family WILL NEVER, EVER USE THIS BUS SERVICE AGAIN.
