Disgusting customer service received

Booked a ticket on Friday. Due to unforseen circumstances, i was not able to make the bus. Contacted intercity waaaay before 6hrs.. Today is Sunday and i am still waiting for someone to assist me by changing the ticket. My money is down the drain. I have a whatsapp conversation which shows the disgusting services. I will never ever recommend this bus. Disgusting.
