Disgusting condition

I have never had a worse 7 hour trip to Johannesburg ever, they sent me a text an hour before the trip stating it will be some Kalamazoo bus, the interior was disgusting, from the smell to the almost no aircorn and the hives of small ****roches on the corner of the windows the run all over the seats. Being the last bus and having work on Monday. I'm definitely posting the infestation pictures on social media, this bus service needs to close down
