Disgusting Buses and service

I traveled with Intercity bus from Margate to Pretoria and back. You would think that the down trip would be better but both were a nightmare. A lot of people weren't wearing their masks including the drivers. We were very hot and they refused to hurt on the aircon. The toilet stunk with urine all over the floor. No water or sanitizer to clean our hands. Seats were broken and the bus stank. That's only the up trip. On the down trip we got an bus that was good. But in Joburg we had to swap buses and he'll started all over again. The was nobody to help to put the luggage in the bottom of the bus. I leaned in and broke a lady's bag by accident. Again people weren't wearing their masks and neither were the drivers. Again no water in the toilet and it stank. When there is urine all over the floor I was amazed that women were still using the toilet. When standing to use the toilet you would slip and slide. It's such a shame when contacting the company they completely ignore you. I was told someone would phone me back. That's 3 weeks ago.
