Disgusting bus service

Do not. I repeat do not catch a bus through them. The buses are never on time. They where 2.5hrs late . I got to my destination when it was dark not during the day as planned. The result was with my eyesight what it is I took the wrong bag. You cannot get hold of anyone to help you and my chronic medication is in the bag. I also have a strangers bag. I feel they should not operate and they have no idea what they are doing
