Disgusted!!!

<p>There must be a good reason as to why a modern affordable bus always get last to be filled up...very poor service.</p> <p>Your bus is always over 1 hour late and no apology notification received.<br />The drivers are so reckless on the road, i doubt they know the traffic rules.</p> <p>The drivers are very rude, i bet they dont even know the meaning of a good customer service.<br />On the 1st of april 2017 with a ticket no. (ELIX ********** ) booked 4 tickets for 1 adult with 3 kids (1 kid is 4 years old), the rude driver never cared if the passengers were seated and he drove off while they were standing, he was asked to help find the reserved seats for the mom and the youngest kid but he couldnt give a damn, the mom had to put the 1 kid on her lap whereas they were all booked for the seats. The driver abruptly moved the kids to the far back seat finally but next to the drunkards who were still busy drinking in the bus and mocking the passengers.</p> <p>On the 20th of july 2017 with ticket no (ELIX ********** ) a ticket was booked and the bus never stopped at all at the departure point after waiting for it for 50 minutes as it was late as usual. To rub salt into the wound i was told to follow the bus as if it was my mistake.</p> <p>These disgusting ********** experiences are not tolerable and will definitely not give the bus a good name.</p>
