Disappointment!!!

I Have sent Inter City an email and heard nothing... During the week trying to sort this matter i have gotten nowhere with them!!

below is the email i sent:

Good Day

I hope this is the last time that we need to request the assistance of Inter City.

The attached documents relate to the below query.

My sister Geraldine Louw booked a ticket from Scottburgh to Margate on the 12/05/2019. Departing @ 05:30am and to arrive @ 06:55am.

Your bus never came. And after numerous amounts of phone calls we were advised to make other alternatives and that the driver had already gone past!

So we did and it cost us more than we anticipated to spend for the trip. Please understand that this was a massive inconvenience for us as we had made plans for children and so on.

This inconvenience caused my sister to spend an additional R 259.00!!!

I expect this money refunded to my sister as well as the money spent on her Inter City ticket with the amount of R 130.00.

This gives a total of R 389.00.

Kindly advise before the end of business day when my sister can expect her refund!
