Disappointed with the service from intercity bus service

Intercity bus service customer service is very poor at Bosman station in Pretoria. The manager and the customer service team were very rude when they had to reschedule my trip and the male staff wanted to fight my son because we wanted to cancel and reschedule they can’t even explain the policy but quick to respond with a bad attitude the staff is not well trained to deal with problems but give the customers a bad attitude. I tried to call the call centre but still couldn’t help me I’m very much disappointed
