deplorable bus service

I regret for ever booking the inter city bus service, I book a ticket for my wife, she was supposed to leave at 18.30 pm from park station to Matatiel, guess what we waited for the bus until 20h30, after that the bus came and took them to the depot in Brixton where they were made to wait for hours, by that time my wife has luggage and a baby, she was changed from bus to bus until she got tired and called me to the depot , in which I struggled to enter as security refused me entrance, sharp I managed to negotiate my way in, that my wife and daughter after all, the bus left just after 22h00, and guess what the time is now 00h06 am Friday morning the bus is stuck before the 1st toll gate, my wife is stranded and my daughter is restless, and this **** bus company, they dont wanna answer any call i make to them, for those who may want to use the service plz think 10 times before the decision, #intercity sucks and its bad service
