Denying my refund

They're simply ignoring my request for a refund. I canceled a trip well in advance and I was told my claim has been processed by their finance team. It's been more than 2 months but I still haven't received my advance.

no serious person should trust intercity. Their average rating speaks volumes. I wished I checked internet before booking with them. This is a completely unfair and ************* company. I refuse to believe there are normal human beings working here. Just bunch of ******
