Daylight ******* in 2024 - Bus Bid and Intercity Xpress

Purchase a bus ticket(STANJFN01) on Bus Bid on 25/01/ 24from Upington to Pretoria. When arriving to board there was a riot between taxi operators and the bus personnel. The police were called and the owner of Intercity Xpress. The owner confirmed to refund my bus fare due to not having used as their services was suspended from Upinton and the office closed to date due failure/refusal to meet with the taxi association .Intercity Xpress has last sent me a message saying boarding on 25/01/24 and to date the number on their website is not working and Bus Bid keeps on saying they will escalate the matter.
