Dangerous driving

I would like to report whoever was driving plate number STA14 ZN this morning on the south coast. A double passing lane was going into a single lane and they tried to pass. There is no way they would have made it if I didn't slam on my brakes. If I had continued without having to brake, I would have been crushed or pushed off the road into bush.
