Dangerous and Irresponsible Driver

We were driving on the N3 from Durban to Johannesburg on the 18 October 2015. Between Van Reenens and Harrismith approximately 13h45 we were passing the InterCity bus (registration INT CITY 7 ZN) and it swerved out in front of us. We had to swerve to the other side of the road to avoid a collision. <br> <br> Luckily there was no oncoming traffic at that point. This could have been a serious accident. <br> <br> There was no vehicle in front of the bus so no need for the driver to pull out. When we looked back he was talking on his cell phone. <br> <br> I often use Intercity for my children to travel around and I'm shocked that they employ drivers who would take lives into their hands by using a cell phone while traveling at 110km in a public transport vehicle.<br> <br> I sent their customer complaints department an email to lay a formal complaint against the driver and they do not even have the decency to respond. It is obviously not a priority for them to have responsible drivers on the road.<br>
