They is a bus that I booked and was scheduled to leave at 9:40am from South gate, Mcdonalds, Johannesburg, heading to Durban. It was schedule to arrive at Durban station before 7 pm. I believe they were some delays as it only left Pretoria around 14:00pm. I tried calling the customer care number, +*** / ***, but it did not go through.

The bus only arrived at Durban station around 11pm and NO arrangements were made by the "City Xpress Management" as to transport the passengers to their homes, as my family was on their way to Kwa – Dukuza and they was no transportation available for them. No safe accommodation was provided for them to stay over-night and make their way home the following morning?

My pregnent wife and son were left stranded at the Durban Station and i had to make means for transportation and they ended up arriving home, Stanger, at 12:15 am in the morning.
