Intercity express buses, are horrible busses to travel in. This company should definitely be closed down permanently. Booked a bus from Grahamstown to Port Elizabeth (18/7/2023). The customer care number *** is useless, holding on forever, the whatsapp number *** does not exists. This bus company is useless. The bus should have been in Grahamstown around 17:00 and now it's 23:00pm still no sign of the bus
