Complaint

My girlfriend booked a bus last week Friday for 01h00 at George train station (Western Cape) and the bus was heading to Cape Town.

To our surprise the number never came and we had to he at the bus station until 05h30. There was no explanation given to us by the company up until this day. I very disappointed with intercity express and they do not care about their customers.

There were other old people there who were waiting for the bus imagine.
