****roach invested bus trip

It is a battle to come through to the call centre, they never get back to me when i send an email, so I don't know what next to do. I was travelling from KZN to Jhb on the 3rd April 2018, and I was disappointed by a couple of things on the bus. 1. ****roaches behind the backseat. Many many many, crawling around and on me. 2. The aircon was overflowing more than halfway of the route, and the water fell on my head in different levels of intensity. I don't know if that is the reason I have a sore throat today. 3. The bus was delayed for 3 hours by traffic on the N3, and the driver shoudl have taken it into account and had a sooner toilet stop that the usual Harrismith stop. 4. After the Harrismith stop, there was no music or radio on the loudspeakers anymore and the trip of 9 hours, that became 12 hours, started feeling even much longer. 5. The toilet on the bus is reeking of urine and I suspect that is because men stand and urinate in a moving bus, difficult to aim properly, thus urine all over the cubicle, even on the seat. 6. The backrow seats smell of urine.

The bus need serious cleaning and maintenance please.
