Child traveling

I'm completely unhappy with the service rendered by this comapny I booked two tickets one for my 13 year old daughter from benoni to durban and one for my mum from benoni to Scottsburg Durban do that my kid can travel together with her granny for safety reason of kidnapping thses day , they have stopped an hour after the journey has started to swop passengers and now I have my 13 year old child traveling alone so if she stops at the halfway point with no supervision and she's kidnapped does intercity express take responsibility for her ? All there contact details don't work coz I've been trying to call those numbers and none of the numbers provided are answered
